Canterbury Press Module

Canterbury Press module imageThe Hymns and Worship Songs of the Canterbury Press

This module can be used as a stand-alone product without Visual Liturgy or as an add-on module with both the Church of England and Methodist Worship Book versions of Visual Liturgy. The module contains a database of more than 1,000 hymn texts, together with an index to tunes for three well-known SCM-Canterbury Press hymn books.

  • Hymns Ancient and Modern New Standard
  • New English Hymnal
  • Worship Songs Ancient and Modern

Published on CD-Rom, full texts for the hymns and songs are included for virtually all items* which makes the module a hugely useful resource to users who regularly worship using any of the three SCM-Canterbury Press books included, or users who wish to have access to a greater number of hymn texts directly from Visual Liturgy.

"Hymns and Worship Songs" also contains a full lectionary index to help make planning worship easy. The index provides a selection of hymns for each Sunday, organized into Office hymn, Introit, Gradual, Offertory, Communion, Post-Communion, Recessional and General.
