I might have downloaded the whole of VL Live again I don't know but I think I've downloaded the updates. Not being very computer literate I don't find this particularly easy to navigate. Despite one team member faxing you and writing, no reply. Even as I have tried to download new stuff - it says "no active subscription". What is the matter with this - it really isn't value for money. Who do I talk to - where is there a person on the end of a telephone?? Otherwise there's no earthly reason to renew anything next May.
