New Content for Visual Liturgy Live

Friday, November 28th, 2008

We have just published a new content module for Visual Liturgy Live. You can download it by using Online Update, and if you’re not sure how to do that, I’ve posted a reminder for you in our VL Live support forums, which also tell you more about the module.

This is our second news item of the day, so don’t forget to read the previous item about subscriptions if you haven’t already done so.

VL Live Subscriptions

Friday, November 28th, 2008

Earlier this week, we extended a number of  VL Live Year-1 subscriptions to December 13th 2008. If your subscription to VL Live had expired before today, or was due to expire between today and December 13th, it will have been extended to December 13th.

A significant update of content for VL Live is now available for you to download, and because of the way we’ve extended those subscriptions, it is available for every VL user to download free-of-charge, as part of the price you paid for your Year 1 subscription.

Further information about managing your VL Live subscription is available in the Latest News section of the VL Live forums.

VL Live subscriptions

Monday, November 10th, 2008

Some of you have noticed that your VL Live subscriptions have expired and that there is currently no option to renew them on the VL Live website. This is because we have not yet finished our publishing programme for Year 1, and we do not intend to ask you to pay for Year 2 until we have done that. (more…)

The problems with the VL Live website have now been resolved…

Problems with the Visual Liturgy Live website

Monday, November 3rd, 2008

Over the weekend just gone, and today Monday 3rd November, www.visualliturgylive.net has been unavailable to many of you. The functioning of Visual Liturgy Live on your desktop is completely unaffected by this problem. It’s happening because the company with which the domain name is registered are “experiencing performance issues on their DNS servers. This means that some customers will encounter difficulties with their domain names, including the visibility of websites.” There is little we can do execpt urge them to fix this as quickly as possible, which we are doing, and will update you when it is fixed.
